• Students have to download ‘Application Form’ from the University website: www.ksrdpru.ac.in
• Students need to fill all columns of the Application Form. If any column is not applicable write as NA (Not Applicable).
• Candidates shall send duly filled-in applications along with marks cards and relevant documents, with a fee of Rs.200/- (Rs.100/- for SC / ST / Cat-I / DA candidates) by Demand Draft, Payable at Gadag, drawn in favour of “THE FINANCE OFFICER, KSRDPRU, GADAG”, to “The Registrar, Karnataka State Rural Development and Panchayat Raj University, Raitha Bhavana, General Cariappa Circle, Gadag-582101.” either in person or by speed-post / courier.
• The fees can also be paid online in favour of “KARNATAKA STATE RURAL DEVELOPMENT AND PANCHAYAT RAJ UNIVERSITY SB ACCOUNT NUMBER: 31400100007777, BANK OF BARODA, GADAG, IFSC CODE: BARB0GADAGX (5th letter stands for ‘Zero’)” through NEFT / RTGS / UPI and the “Transaction ID Screen Shot Print-Out” has to be enclosed along with the photocopies of relevant documents and sent to “The Registrar, KSRDPR University, Raitha Bhavana, General Cariyappa Circle, Gadag-582101” either in person or by speed-post / courier.
• Incomplete applications without relevant documents will be rejected without any information or notice.
