Shri.Priyank Mallikarjun Kharge, born on November 22, 1978, is an Indian politician affiliated with the Indian National Congress and currently serves as a Cabinet Minister in the Karnataka government. He has been elected three times as a Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) representing the Chittapur Constituency in Kalaburagi District. Shri.Priyank Mallikarjun Kharge, began his political journey with the National Students’ Union of India in 1998 and has held various leadership positions within the Congress party. In 2016, he became the youngest minister in Chief Minister Shri.Siddaramaiah’s cabinet and later served as the Minister of Social Welfare in the coalition government led by Shri.H.D. Kumaraswamy.
