ಐಕ್ಯಾಕ್ ಬಗ್ಗೆ

ನ್ಯಾಸನ್‌ನಲ್ ಅಸೆಸ್‌ಮೆಂಟ್ ಮತ್ತು ಅಕ್ರಿಡಿಟೇಶನ್ ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲ್ (NAAC) ಮಾರ್ಗಸೂಚಿಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಅಕ್ರಿಡಿಟೆಡ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ಒಂದು ಐಂಟರ್ನಲ್ ಕ್ವಾಲಿಟಿ ಅಶೋರೆನ್ಸ್ ಸೆಲ್ (IQAC) ಅನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಬೇಕು, ಇದು ಅಕ್ರಿಡಿಟೇಶನ್ ನಂತರದ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಶ್ರೇಣೀಬದ್ಧತೆ ನಿರ್ವಹಣಾ ಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿದೆ. ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಸುಧಾರಣೆಯು ನಿರಂತರ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ, IQAC ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯ ಭಾಗವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಸುಧಾರಣೆಯ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೇಣೀಬದ್ಧತೆಯ ಗುರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸಲು ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
IQAC ಸಂಯೋಜಕನ ಪಾತ್ರ:
  • ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯ ಪ್ರಸರಣವನ್ನು ಸಂಯೋಜಿಸುವುದು
  • ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟ ಸುಧಾರಣಾ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳ ಡಾಕ್ಯುಮೆಂಟೇಶನ್‌ನ್ನು ಮೇಲ್ವಿಚಾರಣೆಯು
  • ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟ ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವುದು
  • NAAC ಗೆ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಖಾತರಿಯ ವರದಿಯನ್ನು (AQAR) ತಯಾರಿಸುವುದು
  • IQAC ಸಮಿತಿಯ ನಿರ್ಧಾರಗಳ ಸಮಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನವನ್ನು ಖಾತ್ರಿಪಡಿಸಲು
  • ಆಂತರಿಕ audits ಮತ್ತು ಅಂದಾಜುಗಳನ್ನು ಸುಗಮಗೊಳಿಸಲು
  • ಅಕ್ರಿಡಿಟೇಶನ್ ಮತ್ತು ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಸುಧಾರಣಾ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಬೆಂಬಲ ಒದಗಿಸಲು

IQAC ಸಂಯೋಜಕನು ಮಾಹಿತಿಯ ಪ್ರಸರಣ, ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಸುಧಾರಣೆಗಳ ಡಾಕ್ಯುಮೆಂಟೇಶನ್, ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ, AQAR ತಯಾರಣೆ ಮತ್ತು IQAC ನಿರ್ಧಾರಗಳ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನವನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.

IQAC ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ನೀಡುವುದು / ಕೊಡುಗೆ ನೀಡುವುದು

IQAC ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟವನ್ನು ಸುಧಾರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ, ಉತ್ತಮ ವಿಧಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುತ್ತದೆ, ನಿರ್ಧಾರಮೇಲಿನ ಬೆಂಬಲ ನೀಡುತ್ತದೆ, ಬದಲಾವಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸುತ್ತದೆ, ಮತ್ತು ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಒಳಗಣ ಸಮಾನುಸಾರವನ್ನು ಸುಧಾರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

ಉದ್ದೇಶಗಳು

IQAC ಗುರಿಯು KSRDPR ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಶ್ರೇಣಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಆಡಳಿತಾತ್ಮಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ಷಮತೆಯನ್ನು ಸುಧಾರಿಸಲು ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯನ್ನು ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸಲು, ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟತೆ ಒದಗಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಉತ್ತಮ ವಿಧಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಲು ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

ಮಾತೃಕಾಪಡುವ ಶ್ರೇಣೀಬದ್ಧತೆ: ನಿರಂತರ ಸುಧಾರಣೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟವನ್ನು ಕಾಪಡಿಸುವುದು

NAAC ಮಾರ್ಗಸೂಚಿಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ಅಕ್ರಿಡಿಟೆಡ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳು ನಿರಂತರ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಸುಧಾರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಖಾತ್ರಿಪಡಿಸಲು ಅಂತರಾಂಗ ಶ್ರೇಣೀಬದ್ಧತೆ ನಿರ್ವಹಣಾ ಕೋಶ (IQAC) ಅನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಬೇಕು. IQAC ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯ ಭಾಗವಾಗಿ ಸೇರಿಕೊಂಡು, ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಗುರಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಸಾಧಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಕಾಪಡಿಸಲು ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

ಅಲ್ಪಸಂಖ್ಯಾತ ಗುಂಪುಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ, ಬೆಂಬಲ ಮತ್ತು ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿ ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸುವುದು.

ನವೋತ್ಪಾದಕ ಗೃಹ ಮತ್ತು ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ

PRA ಬಳಸಿ ಗೃಹ ಪರಿಹಾರಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಪಡಿಸುವುದು.

ಉದ್ಯಮಶೀಲತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ

ಉದ್ಯಮಶೀಲತೆಯನ್ನು ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸಿ ಮತ್ತು ಶೋಧದ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಹರಿಸುವುದು.

ಕಾರ್ಪೊರೇಟ್ ಸೋಶಿಯಲ್ ರಿಸ್ಪಾನ್ಸಿಬಿಲಿಟಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳು

CSR ನಿಧಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ಬಳಸಲು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ರಚಿಸುವುದು.

ಪಂಚಾಯತ್ ರಾಜ್ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಗುಂಪುಗಳು

ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಗುಂಪುಗಳ ಪಾತ್ರವನ್ನು ಬಲಪಡಿಸಲು, ಹೆಣ್ಣುಮಕ್ಕಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಹಾರ್ಡ್‌ಫೋಕಸ್ ನೀಡುವುದು.

ನೀತಿ ಸಲಹೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮೌಲ್ಯಮಾಪನ

ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ನೀತಿಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಇಲಾಖಾ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮೌಲ್ಯಮಾಪನ ಮಾಡುವುದು.

ಕೃಷಿ ವ್ಯವಹಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ

ಕೃಷಿ ವ್ಯವಹಾರ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪನೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಅಧ್ಯಯನಕ್ಕೆ ಉತ್ತೇಜನ ನೀಡುವುದು.

In pursuance of the notification of the UGC. F.No.20-1/2009 (IUC), its Action Plan for performance evaluation, assessment and accreditation and quality up-gradation of institutions of higher education, the Honorable Vice Chancellor, Karnataka State Rural Development and Panchayat Raj University (KSRDPRU) established the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC). The IQAC committee is constituted with the Coordinator, IQAC as the member secretary following the guidelines of the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), Bangalore. The quality enhancement of the KSRDPR University and Higher Education Institutes (HEI) affiliated to the KSRDPR University is a continuous process, so the IQAC will become a part of the KSRDPR University’s system and work towards realization of the goals of quality enhancement and sustenance. The prime task of the IQAC is to develop a system for conscious, consistent and catalytic improvement in the overall performance of institutions.
For this, the IQAC, KSRDPR University channelizes its efforts and measures towards promoting the holistic academic excellence including the peer committee recommendations. The feedback format for the students has been collected and analyzed by IQAC, KSRDPR University. The Annual Performance Appraisal Report (APAR) for the faculties has been implemented. Different feedback formats for the stakeholders have been implemented.
